"A Good Law Firm But Lacks Diversity "

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

The pace of advancement in this workplace is not fast enough to justify having an undiverse staff.

Pros : You will work with some reputable attorneys here, but minorities may not always feel comfortable. The firm does have an outstanding reputation for success.
Cons : The firm is not committed to maintaining a diverse staff. If you are a person of color like me, then there could be problems with your advancement in the workplace.
