The candidate will be drafting briefs on critical motions, managing discovery, and participating in depositions and court appearances. Should have strong academic credentials, excellent writing, and analytical skills, and large-firm or equivalent experience to join the team. Admission to the State and Federal Bars is required. Judicial clerkship experience is a plus. Experience litigating ERISA benefits and/or insurance coverage disputes is preferred.
