Qualification and Experience
The candidate must be an experienced attorney to lead a national effort to challenge current Federal policies and practices on employment-based immigration issues. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree and membership in good standing in at least one state bar, with a preference for D.C. Should have 7+ years of experience as a practicing attorney, which includes 5-7 years of Federal court litigation experience, with an emphasis on Administrative Procedure Act litigation. Specific focus on employment-based immigration law is preferred. Exposure to non-profit settings is a plus.
