Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will join real estate department. This temporary position potentially could lead to full time employment. The paralegal assists transactional attorneys with drafting real estate documents, prepares closing statements and documents, coordinates closings and manages files. Should have 2 yearsâ€™ experience as a paralegal working in a real estate law firm, as well as experience with residential and commercial closings. Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and Word Perfect required. Experience with Hotdocs and ACRIS preparation are strongly preferred.
