Administrative Assistant Duties: Provide administrative assistance to the law firm as needed, to keep processes and activities flowing smoothly and effectively. Includes managing routine duties as well as special projects. Greet employees and guests in a polite, prompt and helpful manner. Provide all administrative support to office personnel. Manage project inventory, file close-outs and storage unit. Handle office errands. Prepare reports by gathering, organizing and summarizing information from a variety of sources. Maintain confidential records and files. Assist in the ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. 1+ year in an administrative and/or customer service role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to enter data efficiently, timely and correctly in order to meet deadlines. Ability to work independently or as a team player. Punctual. Excellent time management and multitasking skills. Superior customer service skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Present a polished and professional appearance and demeanor. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
