This position requires the candidate to be fluent in Spanish and have a strong understanding of family law procedures and documentation. The salary for this full-time position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and expertise.

Responsibilities:
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as judicial council forms, declarations, motions, and briefs
• Conduct legal research for trial preparation
• Work with attorneys to prepare for trial by organizing exhibits, assisting with client meetings, and filing motions
• Communicate with clients regarding case status and updates
• Perform administrative duties such as answering and returning phone calls and organizing case filing system
• Draft responses to discovery demands and motions to compel

Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience working in a family law firm
• Fluent in Spanish
• Experience with drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
• Familiarity with programs such as Clio, Lawyaw, GSuite, Dissomaster, and Microsoft Word
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service
• Detail-oriented and able to empathize with clients undergoing high levels of stress

Salary:
• Commensurate with experience
