Job Overview:
A prominent law firm is seeking a Technical Advisor to join its Patent Prosecution & Litigation Practice Group, specializing in Electrical Engineering & Software. This role will focus on supporting patent prosecution and litigation efforts in the electrical engineering and software fields, with a strong emphasis on analytical and technical expertise. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, with strong organizational skills and a solid foundation in engineering principles.

Duties:

  • Provide technical support in patent prosecution and litigation for cases involving electrical engineering and software
  • Assist with technical analysis and document preparation for patent filings, claims, and legal proceedings
  • Collaborate with attorneys to develop strategies for patent enforcement and defense
  • Conduct research and analyze complex technical information to support litigation and patent filing processes
  • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing
  • Engage in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field
  • Strong written and oral communication skills

  • Interest in or experience with patent prosecution and litigation processes

Education:
