Paralegal/Administrative Assistant The candidate will provide paralegal and administrative support for the Medical Center and Medical Group. Create, maintain, track, and facilitate confidential records, related to such items as physician contracts, real estate leases, timeshares, and vendor forms. Maintain Meditract data base, assist with on-boarding of new physicians, and perform all other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Associate's Degree in Paralegal Studies; Bachelor's Degree preferred. NALA or AACP preferred. Must have 3+ years of experience in a similar capacity, preferably in healthcare. Advanced computer skills (i.e., MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). Superior written and verbal communication skills. Detail oriented and highly organized. Able to work independently and without supervision. Effective research and report-generating skills. Able to interact well with individuals at all levels throughout the organization. Able to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks at a time. Able to handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality.
