### Privacy & Data Security Associate at Law Firm Law Firm is seeking an experienced Privacy and Data Security Associate to join any of our domestic offices. This position is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual to join a successful team and gain invaluable experience in the field of data privacy and cybersecurity. **Responsibilities:** - Mitigate risk in data privacy and cybersecurity compliance issues, through strategic guidance and counseling, commercial contracts, corporate transactions, regulatory investigations, and litigations - Provide guidance and advice on CCPA, CPRA, GDPR, and other compliance laws - Ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws **Requirements:** - 4 to 6 years of experience in data privacy and cybersecurity - Licensed or the ability to waive in the jurisdiction to which they are applying is preferred **Salary:** For positions based in the NYC office of Law Firm, the salary range is $295,000 to $370,000. **Submission:** Search firms interested in submitting a candidate for this position should reach out to Megan Lacy (megan.lacy@bakerbotts.com) to establish a fee agreement and submit their candidate's materials.
