ProfileInternational Tax Director Responsibilities: creating and implementing planning strategies to help minimize the company's financial tax rate, reduce tax impact in P&L and reduce its cash tax expense; continue learning and staying abreast of US and international tax developments; organized and can manage and support US and international tax audits; has a proven track record in leading international tax planning and structuring projects including corporate acquisitions, divestitures and reorganizations, operational initiatives and other corporate led projects; Will collaborate with the Head of Provision and Compliance, review quarterly and annual Income Tax Provision and Deferred Tax required for consolidated financial reporting, support cash tax and legal entity income projections for FP&A and work closely with Corporate Accounting to ensure proper accounting of complex tax planning initiatives; Compliant with SOX documentation and processes related to international taxation.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have JD degree, LLM in Taxation and/or MST. Should have 10-15 years of international corporate taxation experience. Creative thinking. Flexible mindset and willingness to embrace change. Experience with the technology industry and a robust network of peers and advisors in the technology industry. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills to interact with all levels of an organization. Proven track record of project management and organization skills. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions. Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
