BCG Attorney Search is searching for a legal recruiter in its New York office. Our New York office has consistently performed very well.

BCG Attorney Search has successfully run its New York office since 2001 and our presence in the market for that duration of time has allowed us to cultivate meaningful relationships with the best New York firms. The position is commission-based; however, there is a stipend for all new hires. This is the perfect position for someone who loves a fast-paced environment and who enjoys having the opportunity to meet, counsel, and advise numerous attorneys on a consistent basis. At BCG Attorney Search, we make sure our recruiters have the tools to succeed. The company's resources will be at the right candidate's full disposal.

(1) experience as a legal recruiter (in New York); or
(2) experience as a recruiting manager and/or coordinator at a New York law firm; or
(3) experience as an attorney in a New York law firm (larger firm experience preferable).

If you do not fall into one of the above three categories, you are still a competitive candidate so long as you have a law degree and sales experience.

To apply please click Apply Now and submit a cover letter expressing your interest in the position and a resume attached.
