Junior- Mid Level Litigation Associate Attorney
The candidate must 1-3 years of civil litigation experience for its Phoenix, AZ office. A commitment to exceptional client service, high quality persuasive writing skills and strong academic credentials is a must. The ideal candidate will have experience in complex commercial, governmental litigation, product liability defense, construction defect, transportation law, Section 1983 prisoner liability defense and/or personal injury defense. A background in law and motion practice, including oral argument; taking and defending depositions; and preparing and responding to written discovery is highly desirable. Arizona State Bar license required.
