ProfileCase Coordinator (Legal) The candidate will develop and administer panelists’ (judges and attorneys) practices. Will regularly meet and communicate with CMs and local manager to discuss case issues (pertinent information and potential problems); all basic administrative support for CMs and panelists; this support includes, but is not limited to, re-scheduling and coordinating hearings and/or conference calls, A/R calls, and pre-hearing preparation calls to ensure all client needs are met. Serves as CM apprentice; competent to cover a CM’s desk in absence; CC is responsible for developing overall CM skills, enhancing the client experience and supporting the client, panelists and CMs before, during and after a case is heard. Professional client service (including panelists). Should preferably have bachelor’s degree, preferred or a paralegal certificate 2+ years of education. Should have 3-5 years work experience in administration; legal experience and client service experience, a plus. Must be computer literate and proficient in all software programs required for the position.Good verbal & written communication skill is essential. Deadline: 25 May, 2018.
