Assistant Attorney General
Candidate will be to lead investigations and enforcement actions in furtherance of our mission to protect consumers and may include active litigation work to hold accountable those responsible for the opioids epidemic. Must have 3+ years of civil litigation or other directly relevant experience. Excellent writing, analytical and organizational skills are also required. Must have experience in health advocacy, consumer protection and/or affirmative litigation and have demonstrated a commitment to public service are strongly encouraged to apply.
