Employment Associate The candidate will be responsible for providing legal support and advice to the firm's business clients on employment and higher education matters. Should preferably have 3-5 years of employment law experience (in both advising and litigation roles) including: research, brief writing, preparation of pleadings, policy drafting, investigation of misconduct complaints, preparation of charge responses, and client advising. Higher education experience would be ideal. Must have a willingness to investigate reported incidents of workplace and student policy violations, including alleged sexual harassment and sexual misconduct on college and university campuses. Should have strong academic credentials.
