Review:

"Smart, hardworking firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

Implement a good communication strategy from the top down. Have staff meetings so everyone is on the same page. Update the outdated technology in the office.

Pros : Great people to work with. There is tons of cooperation and comradery. Everyone works hard. There are no slackers here. Good benefits.
Cons : Expectations are often not communicated effectively. Communication period is a huge problem. Everyone feels off. Nepotism is an issue.
