Law Firm is searching for a Paralegal (Patent Prosecution) to join its team. The ideal candidate will possess prior applicable patent prosecution experience and the qualifications listed below.

Knowledge of USPTO’s Electronic Filing System and patent rules and regulation, US and PCT patent rules and procedures, preparing and filing USPTO applications, preparing and filing other relevant USPTO documents, issuing fee payments in accordance with applicable fee schedules, prior experience assisting with billing, proficiency with Windows-based software applications, preparing related client correspondence, drafting correspondence to clients, corresponding with foreign associates, overseeing payment of foreign associates’ invoices, preparing claim amendments, constructing timelines of events, reviewing file history, extracting critical data, reconstructing portfolio.
Four year degree and PL training/certificate, applicable experience may be substituted for formal education if 2 year degree and paralegal certificate
