Paralegal, Part-time Duties: Considerable interaction with clients; transcribing dictation; drafting documents; maintaining attorney calendars and files; efiling with the courts; general clerical and administrative tasks such as opening mail, producing invoices, deposit checks. Managing and Scheduling meetings/appointments. Managing telephone inquiries (e.g., by assisting, screening, or routing callers). Copying organizing, filing and/or mailing materials. Qualifications: 2 years of continuous experience working in a busy office. Completing mail merges for paper or email correspondence. Experience writing, proofreading, and/or editing and finalizing communications. Experience providing excellent customer service. Experience responding to inquiries and problem solving to correct an issue. Accurate grammar, spelling and proof reading skills. Careful attention to detail. Organizational skills and ability to plan ahead in order to meet deadlines. An ability to multi-task while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and organization. Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a team setting.Experience in the following areas: Experience in Word Perfect, TimeMatters, Quickbooks. Experience performing accounting duties (e.g. billing, accounts receivable, cash handling, general ledger, etc.). Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills. Experience creating and manipulating spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, creating Microsoft Word documents. Schedule: 32 hours per week
