Corporate Paralegal The candidate will work closely with our in-house legal staff, assisting with the internal business initiatives. Responsibilities will include: Retrieval, organization and preparation of documents and records related to regulatory matters and subpoenas with the SEC, FINRA or other similar regulatory agencies; Drafting and reviewing regulatory responses, disclosure documents, contracts and other internal memos and documents; Assisting with projects as needed; Supporting all administrative tasks needed to manage the Legal Department, including invoice and bill processing and tracking, and general file and database management and archiving; All other duties as assigned. Bachelors degree preferred, high school diploma (or equivalent) in combination with significant experience will be considered in lieu of degree. High school diploma or equivalent is required. Paralegal certification preferred. Should have 3+ years experience as a paralegal at a law firm, in-house Legal Department or governmental or regulatory agency. Must have advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel.
