Review:

"Fake, trashy and soulless"

Former Employee - Reviewed on October 24, 2020

Pros : Nothing.
Cons : Lots of window dressing. It wants to be seen as a top firm, but it is not. Why? It is client-poor and they take any bottom feeder as a client and a lot of has-beens. The market rate comp is just for the first year. On the website, every practice group is padded with lawyers that don't really work in the group to make the firm look bigger. A partner had such a potty mouth, I've heard truck drivers that sound better educated and more sophisticated. Associates are dog-eat-dog. Bullies and their eunuchs. Trailer trash support staff.
Approve of the CEO[?] : Yes
Recommend this employer to a friend? : Yes
Business outlook for the next 6 months? : up
Current or former employee? : Former Employee
Last Year at Employer : 2019
Job type : Full time
