Glynn D. Key Associate Attorney Fellowship The Fellows will be provided the opportunity to work on at least one project with an environmental justice component. Fellows gain valuable experience and knowledge working with more senior attorneys on litigation and legal advocacy in state and federal courts and before regulatory agencies. A strong academic background and personal commitment to the Center's mission is required. Recent law graduates, attorneys completing clerkships, and practicing attorneys will be considered. Litigation experience and/or background in environmental law is preferred. Should have a strong interest in or a demonstrated commitment to advancing environmental justice. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to work well in a collegial setting; and a genuine interest in and commitment to helping the Center foster a more diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplace. Start Date: early Fall 2022 for a term of two years with the potential for a third year.

Submit a cover letter, resume, writing sample, law school transcript or grade report (with date of birth and social security number redacted), and 3 references. Also submit a recommendation from a law professor, employer, volunteer supervisor, or advocacy partner describing the candidate's strong interest or demonstrated commitment to Environmental Justice, as well as a one-page statement describing an experience working or volunteering to remedy or prevent an environmental injustice. If the work included advocacy partnerships, please describe the partners and the community in which you worked or volunteered.
