Management should simply hire less and take on more cases. The high turnover rate of attorneys is primarily due to the low payment scale.Pros : Teamwork was implemented in the firm very often. I really did not have to struggle with cases because my coworkers were there to offer solutions as well as general help. It was extremely helpful to have a team on some cases.
