Qualifications: The candidate must: have a bachelor's degree; a valid Illinois driver's license and a good driving record; a minimum of five years previous experience as an Executive Legal Assistant; be or be willing to become an Illinois notary public; demonstrate strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical-thinking skills; be highly organized with a penchant for detail; successfully work on numerous projects simultaneously and efficiently in order to meet project deadlines; demonstrate excellent reading comprehension and written and oral communication skills; be able to type with speed and accuracy; be adept at proofreading and editing documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuation; demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills; maintain confidentiality; be adept at prioritizing work; possess basic-intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite programs (Outlook, Word, and Excel), Adobe, and Oracle; possess an aptitude for mathematics.
