ProfileChildren's Court Attorney Master The candidate will provide advanced level professional legal services for protective services cases in the context of litigation and providing counsel, interpretation of law, and research and legal analysis to Protective Services staff in the Metro region. This position is responsible for assisting other Children's Court Attorneys in the complex or high profile cases and/or assuming responsibility for such cases.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited school of law and 5 years of experience in the practice of law. Must be licensed as an attorney by the Supreme Court of New Mexico or qualified to apply for limited practice license, which requires graduation from an accredited school of law, licensure (in good standing) in another state and sitting for the next eligible State Bar exam.
