Culhane Meadows PLLC
Want a better way to practice law? Culhane Meadows is one of the largest national non-traditional firms with more than 70 attorneys serving 11 major business markets (Atlanta, Austin, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Delaware, Houston, New Jersey, NYC, Philadelphia, and Washington DC)--with additional expansion on the horizon. We are also the largest national full-service women-owned (WBE) law firm in America and we are a proud and active member of NAMWOLF. We have built a true meritocracy where partners are rewarded for their hard work and business development through a transparent and formula-based compensation model that does not treat anyone differently based on gender, race, religion, orientation or any other personal characteristics. Culhane Meadows offers experienced former Big Law attorneys a powerful platform to further grow their law practice within a collaborative and financially transparent environment without the heavy sacrifice of work-life balance required in most traditional firms. Approximately 30 Fortune-ranked clients have embraced our innovative legal services platform because they receive responsive and exceptional partner-level counsel and experience at a fraction of what they are used to paying for identical services at Big Law. Several key factors distinguish Culhane Meadows from traditional law firms: (1) The firm has no minimum billable quotas that create inherent and often-ignored conflict between a client’s needs and a law firm’s financial demands, (2) our partners have freedom and flexibility to work remotely from any physical locations that suit the partner and his/her clients' needs, including home offices or client job sites, and (3) our objective compensation formula eliminates office politics and bureaucracy. The result is happier lawyers who genuinely love what they do...and they get to retain more of their earnings while doing it! Our firm was born out of a desire to find real solutions to problems within the legal marketplace, all to make life easier for our clients and to give our partners a better way to practice their profession. What’s our inspiration? Surrounding ourselves with exceptional individuals. People and businesses that solve real problems are what compel and motivate us in all that we do and they push us to accomplish even more. One of the things we find most rewarding and motivating is asking “Why?” and “How?” when it comes to looking at a problem. We challenge the status quo and always ask: Can we do this better? Faster? More efficiently? Answering these questions is easier when you’re inspired by the people you surround yourself with. Fortunately, at Culhane Meadows, we intentionally surround ourselves with the best of the best attorneys and we find daily inspiration among each of our partners. Perhaps that's why many of our partners will quickly tell you there is no better place to practice law than at Culhane Meadows!
