Duties:

• Manage all elements of case work-up and trial preparation.
• Draft and review discovery documents, motions, and other legal pleadings.
• Conduct depositions of witnesses and experts.
• Represent clients in settlement negotiations and court appearances.
• Provide legal research and analysis on complex legal issues.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on case strategy and execution.
• Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.

Requirements:

• High academic achievement, including a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• 2-5 years of experience in business litigation within a reputable law firm.
• Admission to the Missouri State Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly).
• Strong understanding of civil procedure and evidence rules.
• Proven track record of managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
