Review:

"An Excellent Law Firm "

Former Employee - Reviewed on December 18, 2017

There needs to be some greater upward mobility. I think this would motivate associates to continue working at this firm.

Pros : This firm is a great place to work at. The staff here excels at challenging its employees. The firm meets and goes above expectations by offering competitive salaries, flexible hours, and great benefits. I've had the pleasure of working with very talented attorneys whose guidance and teachings have resonated throughout my career. It was a rewarding experience.
Cons : Unfortunately it would take a good while to move up in this firm. Management is amiable, but they are very firm and strict in their assessments. I have noticed that this leads to a somewhat high turnover rate among associates. But overall, there are no negatives that I feel are a deal-breaker. It is a good place to work at.
