Legal Assistant, Litigation The candidate duties include: Word processing Filing state court documents Calendaring Client Interactions and Communications Processing time slips, billing reports, client billing Running day-to-day administrative operation of the firm. Would need 5-10+/- years’ legal litigation secretary experience Must posses the ability to manage multiple tasks and have exceptional planning and coordinating skills Ability to set priorities in this fast-paced environment Legal secretarial experience is mandatory. Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent grammar, proofreading and editing skills. Excellent organizational skills.
