Duties:

  • Support lawyers on patent prosecution matters by analyzing invention disclosures, performing patent searches, and drafting patent applications.
  • Draft detailed descriptions of inventions in precise legal terms (patent drafts) for patents to be granted by patent offices worldwide.
  • Prepare office action responses, information disclosure statements, declarations, and other patent prosecution related materials.

  • Conduct interviews with examiners at the USPTO.
  • Stay updated with legal developments in the intellectual property field.

 

Requirements:
