Patent Secretary The candidate will provide support to several timekeepers, including coverage support needed for secretarial absences in the department. Prepare . patent applications, amendments and other legal documents for e-filing and reporting. Prepare reporting letters to the client for review by the timekeepers. Prepare expense reports for timekeepers. Work with Firm Travel to coordinate timekeeper travel arrangements. Correspond directly with clients as requested. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should have 2+ years of patent application filing and prosecution experience. Experience in a document management software, preferably iManage is required.
