The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of litigation experience in an Am-Law 100 firm, with a strong focus on attention to detail, excellent writing skills, and a solid academic background.

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel on complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings.
  • Manage litigation matters related to financial issues.
  • Draft legal documents, conduct thorough legal research, and prepare for court appearances.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create effective legal strategies for clients.
  • Engage in client communications and maintain strong, professional relationships.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in an Am-Law 100 firm.
  • Strong experience in finance and restructuring matters.
  • Proven track record in managing complex legal cases.
  • Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active bar membership in the jurisdiction of employment.
