Duties:
- Provide legal counsel on complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings.
- Manage litigation matters related to financial issues.
- Draft legal documents, conduct thorough legal research, and prepare for court appearances.

- Engage in client communications and maintain strong, professional relationships.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of litigation experience, preferably in an Am-Law 100 firm.
- Strong experience in finance and restructuring matters.
- Proven track record in managing complex legal cases.
- Excellent writing, research, and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
