ProfileEthics and Compliance Associate Counsel, Export Control The candidate will collaborate with IT to develop robust, flexible systems capable of handling future export requirements. Perform regulatory analysis to help determine proper jurisdiction and appropriate classification of hardware, software, and technical data. Work closely with internal business partners on deemed export issues. Analyze products and projects to determine and advise on sanctions compliance requirements. Develop and implement procedures to ensure compliance with export controls and sanctions. Must have JD degree or equivalent degree. Should have 3 years of relevant post JD experience in export control laws, International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Must be admitted to the Bar in which position is located and in good standing or otherwise authorized to practice law (e.g., have registered in-house status) in the state in which the position is located. Experience working in house and managing outside counsel is preferred.
