Duties:

• Represent diverse public and private real estate entities, including REITs and institutional investors, in various transactions.

• Draft and analyze legal documents pertinent to real estate transactions.
• Deliver strategic insights and practical advice grounded in sound business judgment.
• Oversee multiple legal projects, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.

Requirements:

• Must be admitted to practice in the applicable jurisdiction.
• At least six years of experience in managing structured securities offerings.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active attorney license in the jurisdiction of practice.
