Part-time Paralegal Candidate will work directly with attorneys to prepare for upcoming cases and will need experience with/in case management, legal drafting, fact-finding and discovery, and accounting/financial analysis. Position is open and may be filled immediately. Initial point of contact. Initial client intake. Management of case filing systems. Office managerial responsibilities. Initial drafting of legal pleadings. Initial drafting discovery of requests and analysis of discovery responses. Analysis of financial documentation.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: 2 years of relevant experience required. Adept in use of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Excel). Experience in using legal database software for legal research (i.e. LexisNexis). Ability to work in team-oriented environment. Familiarity with North Carolina rules of civil procedure preferred.
