Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate must have 3+ years of labor and employment experience. Should preferably have broad experience with all types of labor and employment matters, including: administrative hearings before city, county, and state agencies, PERB, and NLRB; litigating labor and employment claims in state and federal courts; and union business/relations. Excellent working knowledge of California and federal employment statutes and regulations required. Admission to the California Bar, immediate transferable skills, a strong academic background, and excellent writing skills are also required. Criminal law experience is preferred.
