Duties:

• Manage single-plaintiff employment litigation cases and assist with large-scale, complex litigation.
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys on case strategies and litigation tactics.
• Draft legal briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
• Interview witnesses and prepare comprehensive presentations of the facts.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Perform detailed legal research and draft research memoranda.
• Provide sophisticated legal advice in various employment law matters.
• Participate in trial work when necessary.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.
• 4-6 years of experience in employment litigation and legal counseling within a law firm setting.
• Must be admitted to the Minnesota bar or have the ability to become admitted in Minnesota.

Education:

• JD from an accredited law school is required.

Certifications:

• Must have or be eligible for Minnesota Bar admission.
