Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities: Maintain electronic and paper case files, including electronic matter management system. Assist with the preparation of legal holds and work with vendors, counsel and the business to ensure that holds are in place and properly maintained. Manage settlement check process. Assume responsibility for management of vendor related inquiries. Support litigation-related Service of Process. Organize and maintain files and records. Assist with reviewing and processing external counsel invoices. Handle independent areas of responsibility as assigned. Paralegal certificate and/or paralegal experience appropriate to litigation are essential. Experience with a large law firm or multi-national corporate law department preferred. Should have knowledge and experience with litigation matters. Excellent organization, administrative and communication skills (oral and written) are required. Duration: 12 months.
