Paralegal / Legal Assistant The candidate will be drafting legal documents and correspondence, including litigation pleadings, discovery requests and responses, and standard business contracts. Will be reviewing legal documents and assessing potential risks while providing creative solutions to support clients’ goals. Reviewing and editing legal documents and maintaining/updating document templates. Conducting and summarizing legal research. Communicating with clients, courts, and opposing parties. Utilizing project management systems to ensure client matters are progressing in a timely manner. Maintaining client files. Following client intake through closing procedures. Providing administrative support as needed. Should have a Bachelor’s degree. Prior paralegal and/or legal support experience required. Paralegal certification and/or notary public a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills is needed.
