Administrative Assistant Duties: Supports the General Counsel, Compliance Officer and Senior Director of Risk Management through a variety of administrative tasks. Provides administrative support and performs other duties using reasonable judgment with minimal supervision. Careful and thoughtful treatment of confidential and sensitive information. Drafting legal documents, preparing claims and insurance documents, handling information requests and assisting in the tracking of contracts. Perform administrative functions such as arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings and distributing meeting agendas and minutes.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: High School Diploma/GED required. 1-3 years' business college or secretarial training preferred. Current Pennsylvania Notary Public Certification, preferred. Ability to listen to others, required. Demonstrated written communication skills, required. Strong verbal communication and listening skills, required. Possesses familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), required. Uses office equipment as copier, fax, scanner, PC, printer, internet, transcriber, with ease, required.
