Assistant Attorney General The candidate serves as legal advisor to the MFCU regarding fraud and abuse, and assists MFCU investigators in the preparation for arrests, including the review of search warrants, electronic surveillance applications and orders, arrest affidavits and warrants. Will direct proactive criminal investigations utilizing a team based approach with law enforcement officers. Must have Admission to the Florida Bar and three years of professional experience in the practice of law, legal research, teaching law or in administrative or judicial hearings. Preference will be given to Florida attorneys with at least 3 years of criminal prosecution/trial experience. Posting Closing Date: 12/06/2019.
