Some of the work can get boring. Some of your employees will work better and provide better results when they are given a challenge.

Pros : The people I worked with at this firm were really friendly and everyone worked together as a team. There was a semi-casual atmosphere at the company, and the staff understood on the occasions when I'd have to work around family.
Cons : Working there could get boring and monotonous at times. It seemed that there was no chance at any upward mobility with this firm.
