Spring Law Clerk The candidate primary areas of law include employment (including civil rights and labor law), government, administrative, and civil practice. Experience with the company may include researching, analyzing, and interpreting statutes and regulations; drafting and presenting legal documents; assisting with litigation, contracts and purchasing, and public information act responses; and participating in briefings and meetings. Will have the opportunity to interact with other lawyers, agency policy staff and executives of the agency, as well as the public and other government employees. Completion of at least one semester of law school at start of internship is needed. Should have skill in word processing, other software applications, the Internet, and email.
