Senior Corporate Paralegal The candidate will manage responsibilities include the following matters: board of directors and shareholder matters, public company compliance and disclosures, providing materials to the company’s auditors, corporate and strategic transaction support (i.e., M&A, financings and other transactions), managing domestic and international entities, records management and other administrative processes, assisting in preparing certain legal documents and other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree is needed. Should have 5+ years of hands-on paralegal experience. Paralegal Certificate is preferred. Strong work ethic, attention to detail and pride of work is preferred. High level of discretion with confidential matter is preferred. Strong communication skill is preferred. Strong organizational, problem solving, researching, writing, editing and proofreading skill is preferred. Strong computer skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook is needed. Experience supporting multiple attorney is essential.
