Regulated Products Licensing Associate
The candidate will help get beer, wine, and other regulated products into more markets nationally. Will play an integral part in the company’s national liquor license and compliance program, by working closely with legal counsel to prepare, submit and track applications for liquor and regulated products across the country, as well as working with its compliance and field teams to maintain the Company’s license portfolio in accordance with local requirements to facilitate regulated products operations. Will report to the Company’s Regulated Products Licensing Manager. Handle administration and coordination of data collection across departments as an integral step in the licensing application process. Correspond with local counsel about licensing requirements and assists in submission of applications to local authorities. Use impeccable organizational skills and follow up to track the progress of license applications under tight deadlines. Cooperate with compliance team members to assist in the creation of compliance tools and implementation of compliance initiatives.

Qualification and Experience The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college/university. Paralegal or similar research-based background required. Should preferably have 1+ years of experience with regulated products licensing or compliance. Experience working in an office setting required. Must be self-reliant, highly motivated, and able to work both independently and with a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently on numerous time-sensitive projects simultaneously required. Must have the ability to change direction rapidly when priorities (or deadlines) shift. Strong verbal and written communication skills needed.
