Burbank office of our client seeks a senior litigator with 10+ years of labor and employment experience. The candidate will be acting as the Head of the Litigation Department for a plaintiff?s-side firm. Will be representing clients in pre-trial settlement negotiations, arbitrations, and trials, working to increase the overall revenue of the firm, supervising and overseeing the operations and general management of the department and its attorneys and support staff; streamlining the internal processes/protocols and so forth. Must be familiar with all stages of litigation and can hit the ground running.
