Securities/Fund Formation Attorney
The candidate should possess top academic credentials and writing skills, and have 6+ years of experience with fund formation transactions in the real estate, private equity, and/or venture capital industries. should also have experience drafting and negotiating joint venture agreements, partnership agreements,operating agreements, and other ancillary documentation related to the representation of fund managers, sponsors, and investors. Tax background is preferred, although not required. Large law firm experience or relevant in-house experience is strongly preferred.

If managers see people having off days they should just have them take some vacation time to get rid of some of that stress.

Pros : Most people here are some of the best at what they do in the field and we get pay to match that experience.
Cons : The managers here are extremely strict and you will have problems if you have too many off days in a row.
