The candidate will be responsible for: Conduct thorough client legal intakes; Investigate facts through interviews and document collection; Advocate with various organizations and government agencies on behalf of clients to ensure clients access and/or maintain crucial public benefits; Prepare legal documents to assist attorneys; Provide oral and written translations for attorneys who represent non-English-speaking clients in various scenarios, including court appearances; Perform legal research and represent clients at administrative hearings; and Assist with grant compliance and reporting. Must have either a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of relevant work experience.
