Duties:
- Independently litigate civil cases from start to finish, including depositions, oral arguments, and discovery.
- Handle cases involving government liability defense, bad faith, commercial general liability, and professional liability defense.
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
- Conduct depositions and oral arguments in court.
- Advise clients on case strategies and litigation options.
- Maintain communication with clients, opposing counsel, and experts.
- Participate in settlement negotiations and case resolutions.
Requirements:
- 3-7 years of experience in civil litigation.
- Significant experience in depositions, oral arguments, and discovery.
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proven track record of independent case handling.
- Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona.
Education:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
- Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona.
Skills:
