Global Legal Client Training and Education Lead Responsibilities: Design and rollout a World-Class Legal Client Training Program providing governance, defining a global training roadmap in alignment to key risk areas, engaging key stakeholders, facilitating correlation sessions, reporting out metrics to measure success and maintenance of the client training platform. Seek ways in which to drive enhancements to Legal Client Training processes, technology and infrastructure to advance engagement model and maturity level Support annual strategic plan that aligns to the vision and mission of the GC Organization and its leadership. Integrate with other Learning and Development peers inside and outside of Dell. Leverage and improve-upon systems, tools and processes available to launch, manage / administer, monitor and report on training and the target audience members. Work with necessary technical teams to ensure tools and systems are properly implemented and are in working order. Work with HR team members to ensure training is aligned with key organizational and HR programs and initiatives and reflect Dellâ€™s People Strategy and Diversity goals.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelorâ€™s degree, JD Degree or higher. 7-10+ years working experience, preferably within a corporate legal department, law firm or legal vendor firm. Knowledge of legal and compliance risk areas (not subject matter expert) and how to identify and structure strategic educational solutions Knowledge of learning management solution platforms Experience developing and deploying Legal Client Training and development programs Strong knowledge of learning and development concepts and methodology, including measurement. History working within technology solutions and internet. Ability to project-manage solution development and execution. Excellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills. Ability to think creatively and function well in team environment. High degree of poise and tact in interfacing with and presenting to internal customers, including high level executives, and external vendors. Ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional teams. High degree of sensitivity to confidential information. Detail-oriented, self-motivated individual who feels comfortable making decisions quickly.
