Public Agency AttorneyThe candidate will be drafting ordinances and resolutions. Will drafting and advice on implementation of contracts for professional services and public works. Will work on Land use and planning. Litigation experience would be plus. Must have 7 years of experience in general municipal law, preferably serving as a deputy city attorney or city attorney. Must have strong academic credentials. high level analytical skills and excellent communication are required. Business development skills are required. . A book of business is would be a plus. Must have knowledge of open government (Brown Act, Conflicts of Interest, Public Records Act).

Morale here is not good thanks to the overbearing management style in use. The leadership team should think about revising how the firm is run.
Pros : Most of the associates and support staff are great; friendly and always willing to lend a hand. The pay here is also very good.Cons : A terrible management team really puts a damper on the great pay. There is a ton of micromanagement going on here, and policies are applied uniformly amongst staff, even if no direct benefit is seen.
